The Bridge
Between what has been and what is becoming.
I’m interested in The BridgeYou’ve done the work. So why does the next chapter still feel so hard to step into?
Because knowing who you’re becoming and knowing how to live as her are two very different things.
There comes a point in a woman’s life when another breakthrough isn’t necessarily what she needs.
She’s had the breakthroughs.
She’s recognized the patterns.
She’s met the protectors, grieved the losses, confronted the old stories, and begun to understand the agreements she made long ago to stay safe, loved, and belonging.
And yet.
Something is still cloudy.
Perhaps she’s emerging from a season that changed her profoundly, and she doesn’t know how to return to ordinary life with everything she’s discovered.
Perhaps she’s standing at a choice point, and every possible direction seems to carry a cost.
Perhaps she’s grown so much internally that her relationships, responsibilities, and daily life no longer reflect the woman she’s becoming.
Or perhaps she’s in the great in-between.
Not falling apart.
Not exactly moving forward.
Just standing in a place where the old map no longer seems to work.
And wondering:
What am I supposed to do now?
What is this part of my life actually asking of me?
How do I know whether I’m protecting something that matters or simply repeating the same old pattern?
And how do I move forward without abandoning myself, or burning down everything I love?
If you have done the work, and you are standing at one of these thresholds…
You are experiencing
Rupture & Loss
A betrayal, an ending, a death, a diagnosis. You are holding it together at work and coming apart in the car.
You are in
The Unraveling
What used to hold you no longer does: the faith, the role, the relationship, the story of who you are. Nothing has replaced it yet, and everyone keeps asking what is next.
You are taking
The First Steps
You came through the dark woods. Now your own kitchen, your own calendar, your own body feel unfamiliar, and the steps back into ordinary life are shaky.
You are standing at
The Choice Point
Stay or go. Say it or keep it. Leap or wait. You have made the lists, talked it through with everyone, and it still will not settle.
You are in
The Building
You have changed on the inside, and your agreements, boundaries, schedule, and relationships are still built for the woman you used to be.
You are in
The Claiming
Something good is arriving: a new identity, a body of work, a mission you can no longer play small around. The old protectors are loudest precisely because it is real.
…The Bridge was made for you.
The wrong assignment can keep you circling for years.
Here’s what I’ve learned after 16 years of accompanying women through the work of becoming.
Sometimes the reason you cannot find your way forward has nothing to do with how much work you’ve done.
It has to do with where you are in the work. And what this particular season requires.
I’ve watched women spend another year healing when what their lives were actually asking of them was to make a different choice.
I’ve watched women try to force themselves into their next chapter when what they needed was time to grieve the last one.
I’ve watched women mistake their exhaustion for resistance, their anger for danger, and their uncertainty for evidence that they weren’t ready.
And I’ve watched women who had done extraordinary amounts of inner work arrive at the very moment when something was ready to change...
Only to discover that their oldest protectors had suddenly become the loudest voices in the room.
- The Good Girl who cannot bear to disappoint anyone.
- The part that needs to know how everything will turn out before she risks anything.
- The one who would rather find another wound to heal than have the conversation she’s been avoiding.
- The one who wants to run.
- The one who wants to burn it all down.
- The one who wants to go back to the life that was familiar, even when that life no longer fits.
Of course these parts may become activated when we approach unfamiliar territory. They’ve spent years learning how to protect us from precisely this kind of uncertainty.
But their presence doesn’t automatically mean we’re on the wrong path. And it doesn’t necessarily mean we should push forward, either.
It means we need discernment.
We need to understand what is happening, what these parts are trying to protect, and what conditions will allow us to move with greater safety, choice, and integrity.
This is the part that another book cannot always give us. And it’s the part I have spent my life learning how to accompany.

You don’t need another map handed to you before you’re sent back into the woods alone. You need someone who knows the terrain.
- Someone whose perspective you trust.
- Someone who can hold your vulnerability without trying to fix it.
- Someone who knows how to recognize the deeper pattern without reducing your entire life to one.
- Someone who can help you understand what is happening inside the larger story of your becoming.
- And someone who can accompany you as you begin doing something different.
Different from a single session, a reading, or another course.
We aren’t simply identifying where you are and sending you away with more information. We are doing something specific in each of our three councils to help you feel more resourced, oriented, and capable of meeting what comes next.
And between those sessions, you have my support as the work meets your actual life. Because the moment that matters may not happen in our session. It may happen:
When your partner says something that activates an old protector.
When you realize you’re about to make an agreement you’ve spent years trying to outgrow.
When grief catches you off guard.
When an opportunity arrives and you feel yourself shrinking.
When you finally speak the truth.
Or when you discover that what you thought you needed to do next isn’t actually the assignment at all.
Those are the moments we get to work with.
While they’re happening. Not just after the fact.
Three councils. Three distinct outcomes.
The Orientation
Where am I in my own metamorphosis?
Our 90-minute opening council
We begin by locating you. Not simply within the circumstances of your life, but within the larger arc of the woman you’ve been, the work you’ve already done, and the woman you’re becoming.
- What has been changing?
- What have you already moved through?
- What is still being metabolized?
- Where are you within the Wild Daughter Map?
- Which patterns are emerging?
- And what needs attention first so that you can meet this passage with greater steadiness and capacity?
An initial orientation to your season, the central threshold you’re navigating, and a specific practice or focus to begin working with immediately.
The Assignment
What is this season actually asking of me?
Our 60-minute deepening council
This is where we begin working directly with the places that feel most cloudy, confusing, or frightening.
- The protectors.
- The competing loyalties.
- The inherited agreements.
- The grief, anger, longing, and desires.
- The old identities that may no longer fit.
- The new ways of living that haven’t yet become familiar enough to trust.
We don’t just name what’s happening. We work with it. Through somatic exploration, relational inquiry, values clarification, and the particular practices your passage calls for, we begin identifying your three most important focus areas.
For one woman, that might be grieving, resourcing, and receiving. For another, it might be boundaries, truth-telling, and renegotiating a relationship. For another, it might be reclaiming her desire, creating new structures, and stepping into greater visibility.
The three areas that most deserve your attention, and how to begin working with them.
The Horizon
What am I preparing to cross into, and what will help me get there?
Our 60-minute integration council
Our final council is where we bring everything together. We look at what has shifted over our month. What has become clearer. What still needs tending. Which new agreements are beginning to emerge. And what the next meaningful passage in your life may require of you.
Together, we clarify your three priorities and the concrete practices, decisions, conversations, or ways of being that will support them.
We also explore the rite on your horizon line. The significant passage you’re approaching. Perhaps it’s:
- A conversation.
- An ending.
- A beginning.
- A return.
- A commitment.
- An emergence into greater visibility.
- Or a deeper capacity to inhabit the unknown without demanding that it resolve itself on your timetable.
We name what you’re preparing to meet and how you can begin preparing to meet it.
Your finished Bridge Map: a personalized direction for what comes next, grounded in your actual life, not someone else’s prescription for your transformation. It brings in the practices, rituals, and perspectives that will support the highest alignment of the season you are in.
And between our councils, you aren’t doing this alone.
For 30 days, you’ll have access to private asynchronous coaching with me. This is one of the most important parts of the experience.
Because transformation doesn’t happen only while we’re sitting together. It happens in the ordinary moments when the old way of being meets the possibility of something new.
You’ll have a place to bring the questions, realizations, difficult conversations, emotional waves, and moments of choice that emerge between sessions. I’ll offer reflection, perspective, inquiry, and guidance within our established coaching boundaries.
- One private message thread, by voice note and text
- One substantive thread each week, with reasonable follow-up
- Replies within two business days
Not unlimited access. Not an emergency service. But meaningful, ongoing accompaniment from someone who understands the terrain you’re navigating.
Someone who can help you recognize what’s happening while you still have an opportunity to meet it differently.
- i.Your location
- ii.Your mythic context
- iii.Your guardians
- iv.Your three assignments
- v.Your next steps & new agreements
- vi.The rite on your horizon
Your personal Bridge Map
Not another workbook. Not another mountain of material to absorb. A concise, deeply personalized orientation you can return to as your next chapter unfolds.
Your location
Where you are within the Wild Daughter Map and what characterizes this particular season of your metamorphosis.
Your mythic context
The archetypal themes and larger story that may help illuminate the passage you’re navigating.
Your guardians
The protectors and inherited agreements most active at this threshold, what they’re attempting to protect, and how you can begin working with them.
Your three assignments
The three most meaningful areas of focus for the season ahead.
Your next steps & new agreements
The practices, conversations, choices, boundaries, or structural changes that will help you begin embodying what you’ve discovered.
The rite on your horizon
The next significant threshold you may be preparing to meet, and what will help you approach it consciously.
The map doesn’t tell you how your story ends. It helps you recognize where you are in the story you’re actually living, and how to participate more consciously in what comes next.
Imagine what might become possible.
Imagine leaving a difficult conversation and recognizing the protector that would normally have you apologizing, overexplaining, or abandoning your own needs.
But this time, you know what’s happening. You know what that part is trying to protect. And you have a different way of meeting it.
Imagine waking up after a long season of grief and realizing you don’t need to force yourself into a new chapter.
That your assignment right now is to return to your body, your relationships, your capacity for pleasure, and the ordinary rituals that make a life feel worth inhabiting.
Imagine recognizing that the reason your life feels so uncomfortable isn’t because you need another year of healing.
It’s because you’ve changed. And your life is asking for new agreements.
Imagine knowing which three things actually deserve your attention instead of trying to overhaul your entire existence.
Imagine having someone you trust beside you as you begin.
Not to make the choices for you.
But to help you hear yourself clearly enough to make them.
For the woman who has done the work, and is standing at a precipice.
The Bridge was made for women who already know my work and already know the room. You have the language. You have done the therapy, the retreats, the circles, the reading. And still, this particular passage has taken you somewhere you have not been before.
“I thought I was past this.”
You have done years of work, and the force of what is moving now leaves you quietly ashamed, as if struggling means you failed at healing.
You can explain it perfectly.
You can name the pattern, the protector, and the wound it came from. You still watch yourself do it.
You have gotten careful about who you tell.
The people who love you have opinions, fears, or fatigue. So you edit the story, and the truest version of it has nowhere to go.
You are the one everyone leans on.
Clients, children, partner, friends. There is no room where you get to be unsure without managing someone else’s reaction to it.
You cannot tell fear from knowing.
The pull is real. So is the alarm. You no longer trust yourself to tell which one is speaking.
Every source gives you a different answer.
Every book, podcast, and modality has a take, and you are tired of collecting other people’s perspectives on your own life.
Something good is arriving, and part of you is bracing.
The new role, the visibility, the bigger mission. And a voice that sounds a lot like the old rules keeps asking who you think you are.
You are not ready for a long commitment. You are done walking this alone.
You want depth and a witness now, in a shape that fits this season.
If you found yourself in more than one of these, you are who I made this for.
The Bridge is not designed for someone who wants to be told what to do, or for anyone hoping one month will finish a transformation. It is designed for the woman ready to be accompanied while she finds her own footing.
The moments we need the most support aren’t always the moments everything is falling apart.
I spent years of my life studying how human beings inhabit characters and stories. First as a professional actor and storyteller. And then, for the last 16 years, as a somatic mentor, coach, and ceremonialist accompanying women through the process of unmasking the identities they learned to perform and reclaiming the lives they actually want to live.
And there is something I’ve come to understand about transformation. Sometimes the moments we need the most support are the moments when everything we’ve learned is finally asking to be lived.
When the old agreements stop working.
When the next chapter is calling.
When we have to take what we discovered in the dark woods and bring it back into our relationships, our work, our families, and our ordinary Tuesdays.
And this is often where the protectors get loud. Where we become disoriented. Where we question whether we’ve really changed at all.
I’ve experienced enough of my own crossings to know that what matters in these moments isn’t always another teaching. Sometimes it’s the presence of someone who knows how to accompany us. Someone who doesn’t look away when things get complicated. Someone who can hold the paradox. Someone who can ask the questions that help us find our own answers.
Someone who can say,
Show me more.
This is the work I love most. And in many ways, The Bridge is the simplest expression of what I’ve been doing all along. I come to you as a thought partner, and as someone who has walked the path. Helping women locate themselves within their own becoming. Recognize the invitations and assignments of the season they’re actually in. And take the next steps toward a life that can hold more of their humanity, their freedom, their love, and their truth.
You don’t have to know where you’re going before you begin. We start by finding out where you are.
With love,
Beth

Sharing your interest opens a conversation. It does not yet hold one of the five spots. Your spot becomes yours once we confirm your start date and payment is complete.
The Bridge is a complete experience in itself.
You may finish our month together with the clarity, support, and direction you need to continue independently. Or you may recognize that the next season of your life deserves sustained accompaniment.
If that’s the case, The Bridge can become the first month of my six-month private mentorship. Your entire $1,777 Bridge investment will be credited toward the six-month experience, with five months of mentorship remaining.
You don’t have to decide that now. That’s part of the point.
You get to begin with the chapter you’re actually in. And discover what the next one asks of you as you go.
Before you cross
Is The Bridge a permanent offer?
No. The Bridge is a seasonal offer. I created it in response to what I am hearing from women who are moving through thresholds in their lives and want to meet them fully embodied, fully in touch with themselves, and who know that a mirror, a witness, and orientation help. For now, I am working with only five women, with start dates staggered from late October through the second week of January 2027.
When would we begin?
Start dates are offered between the last week of October and the second week of January, and I begin one or two each month so that every woman has my full presence for her thirty days. After you reach out, we will talk and choose a start date together. The first women to reserve their places receive first choice of the available dates.
Do I need to be falling apart?
No. The Bridge is just as alive for return, integration, a consequential choice, a life that needs reorganizing, or the long uncertainty of the in-between.
Will you tell me what decision to make?
No. I support discernment, context, and embodied choice. The aim is your own authority, not dependence on mine.
What if I am not ready to take action?
Then your three focus areas may be grief, rest, receiving, stabilizing, or staying with what is not yet known. This process will not manufacture urgency.
What is guaranteed?
Three councils, the agreed asynchronous coaching between them, orientation within the map, and your personalized Bridge Map. Particular emotional outcomes, decisions, and changes in your outer life cannot be promised, and I will not pretend otherwise.
You do not have to know how the story ends to fully reclaim your authorship of it.
You need to know where you are.
What this season is asking of you.
What is standing between you and the life you’re becoming ready to live.
And where to place your attention next.
You need the space to be witnessed in the places that are still tender and unfinished. And someone who can accompany you while you begin making new agreements with your life.
You deserve a shoulder to lean on, a hand to hold, and a lantern for the path. Women in this space are often so much closer to all they have been seeking than they have ever been.
Not another mountain of work. A bridge between what has been and what is becoming.
I would be honored to walk with you.
Find your place. Discover the assignment. Begin the crossing.
