Why I Speak

"I know this work intimately β€” because it saved me."

I spent years living from the neck up β€” a high-achieving performer, an exhausted mother of a neurodivergent child, certain that if I ever told the truth, my whole life would collapse. It was the body that brought me back.

Now I bring that lived knowing onto the stage. My work sits where almost no one else stands: at the meeting place of nervous-system healing, archetypal psychology, neurodivergence, motherhood, and feminine leadership β€” delivered with the presence of someone trained to hold a room.

I don't speak to a crowd. I speak to the one woman in it who suspects the problem was never her. Audiences leave not with a to-do list, but with a felt shift β€” a different relationship to their own bodies, patterns, and power.

Keynotes & Workshops

Signature Talks

Each can be shaped as a keynote, an interactive workshop, or a longer retreat teaching β€” tuned to your audience and room.

I

You Are Not Broken. You Are Patterned.

The Nervous System Beneath the Good Girl

Why willpower and mindset alone cannot dismantle the survival patterns women inherit. A reframe of perfectionism, self-abandonment, and hyper-functioning β€” not as flaws, but as embodied nervous-system intelligence β€” with a somatic path beyond them.

Best for: women's events, leadership audiences, trauma-informed and mental-health conferences.
II

The Sacred Rebel

Feminine Leadership Beyond Burnout Culture

For founders, leaders, and visionaries: what leadership looks like when it's body-led, soul-rooted, and free of performance. Why feminine leadership is not the absence of fire β€” it is the integration of it.

Best for: women's leadership conferences, founder retreats, business & visibility summits.
III

Patriarchy in the Body

Embodiment as Feminist Liberation

Why the next chapter of feminism is somatic. How internalized patriarchy lives in posture, breath, voice, hunger, and rest β€” and how reclaiming the body is political, generational, and personal at once.

Best for: feminist and women's gatherings, somatic and embodiment events, depth-psychology conferences.
IV

Motherhood as Initiation

When Becoming a Mother Asks You to Become Yourself

Beth's most personal talk. On highly sensitive mothers, neurodivergent families, and the threshold of motherhood as a rite of passage β€” not a failure of capacity. For mothers who suspect that what looks like depletion is actually invitation.

Best for: motherhood & neurodivergent-parenting events, ADHD communities, holistic family gatherings.
V

The Architecture of Protection

Decoding the Inner Good Girl β€” Workshop Format

An interactive introduction to the nine Good Girl Protector Archetypes β€” what each one is protecting, what each one costs, and how women can begin to soften their grip without losing the gifts they carry. Designed for hands-on rooms where participants meet their own patterns directly.

Best for: workshops, masterminds, retreat keynotes, longer-format gatherings.
