Beth Clayton
A TEDx Broadway speaker and performer turned somatic coach and healing ally, Beth guides women back to their bodies β and to the power, clarity, and voice that live there.
I don't fix women. I call them back to the wildfire they were born with.
One moment, I was drowning in motherhood β numbing my fire, gripping a life that looked good but felt hollow. The next, I was barefoot in a temple, sweat and tears on my skin, remembering the ancient pulse of a woman who refuses to disappear.
I'm Beth Clayton β somatic mentor, ceremonialist, artist of the living body.
Long before I was guiding women through initiatory thresholds, I earned my MFA in Acting from one of the top conservatories in the country. That training taught me how to transmute emotion into electricity β how to move energy through the body, to become a vessel for archetype, breath, and truth. It was there I first learned what it meant to open the channel β and how to tell the truth with my whole body.
Now, I bring that same reverence for emotional alchemy into everything I do. You may have seen me on the TEDx Broadway stage naming the sabotage we don't even realize we're swimming in. But that's just the surface.
Underneath, I work with the wild ones who forgot. The women who carry generations on their backs and still wonder if they're too much or not enough. The ones who were taught to tame their magic, soften their truth, starve their hunger. Women who are ready to end the inheritance of silence. Women who are ready to say with their bodies, their lives: It ends with me.
This work isn't about manifesting a shinier life. It's about unmasking the Good Girl and remembering the Sacred Rebel within. The one who moves like a prayer. The one whose sensitivity and muchness is medicine we need most in the world. The one who creates a life she falls to her knees in awe of.
Sixteen years of coaching, temple keeping, and body alchemy have taught me: when a woman returns to her body, she returns to her power. And when she returns to her power, she doesn't just change her life β she changes the world for everyone she loves.

For ADHD, AuDHD & Late-Diagnosed Women
Why Neurodivergent Women Are the Leaders the Future Is Waiting For
ADHD and late-diagnosed women have spent their lives being told their wiring is something to fix, mask, or manage. Beth makes the opposite case: that the sensory, non-linear, pattern-seeing neurodivergent system is exactly the intelligence our families, organizations, and culture are starving for. A reframe of "too much" as range β and of the years of overwhelm as the very initiation that forged a different kind of leader.
The Sensory Soul
The same system that floods under fluorescent lights and full calendars is the one that feels first, senses what others miss, and creates from the edges. Beth reframes sensory sensitivity as heightened perception rather than malfunction β and offers somatic ways to steward that intensity instead of bracing against it.
Your Late Diagnosis Is a Doorway
For the woman who spent decades performing "fine." Beth holds late ADHD and AuDHD diagnosis not as proof of lost time, but as the threshold into a life of more β more truth, more capacity, more self. The grief, the relief, and the radical reclamation waiting on the other side of the mask.
Non-Linear by Design
The tangent, the spiral, the leap that lands somewhere no straight line could reach. Beth explores why neurodivergent women think, lead, and tell stories in non-linear ways β and how what's been pathologized as "scattered" is often a truer map of how meaning actually moves.
For Sensitive & Neurodivergent Mothers
The Neurodivergent Mother as Oracle
Mothering neurodivergent children while neurodivergent yourself is an initiation no one prepares you for. Beth reframes the sensory chaos and "depletion" as the forge of a rare kind of leadership β and offers the somatic tools that turn a dysregulated household into a place of attunement, for the child and the mother both.
Motherhood as Initiation
Becoming a mother is one of the great initiations β a threshold meant to grow a woman into someone truer. But an initiation is meant to be held: witnessed, resourced, surrounded. Under patriarchy, mothers are left to cross it isolated and depleted, and what could have been transformation curdles into trauma β shutting the body down and breeding the very numbing, addiction, and self-protection we then blame ourselves for. Beth reframes the overwhelm not as personal failure but as an initiation without a container β and shows what becomes possible when we learn to hold it differently.
For Women in Leadership & Business
Done Performing Peace
What exhausts women in leadership usually isn't the work β it's the invisible labor of managing everyone's feelings: rescuing, smoothing, keeping the peace at her own expense. Beth names the drama vortex the Good Girl was trained to run β victim, villain, hero on repeat β and the somatic way out of it: into clear, grounded authority that can hold conflict without abandoning herself.
The Sacred Rebel
For founders, leaders, and visionaries: what leadership looks like when it's body-led, soul-rooted, and free of performance. Why feminine leadership is not the absence of fire β it is the integration of it.
The Shadow Between Women
The Good Girl doesn't only shrink herself β she casts a shadow on other women. Comparison, quiet competition, the flicker of threat when another woman shines: it surfaces at every level of our growth, and most of us would rather find it in others than in ourselves. Beth tells the truth about this shadow without shame and locates it in the body β because the moment we stop policing each other and start meeting our own envy, scarcity, and fear, the whole web of women can finally rise. The honest room where sisterhood gets real.
You Are Not Broken. You Are Under-Initiated.
So much of what women carry as proof they're broken or behind is something else entirely: a life full of milestones but starved of true initiation. Beth reframes the ache of "not enough" and "too late" as the mark of a culture that lost its rites of passage β and shows why the nervous system, not the mindset, is where real initiation is metabolized. For anyone who suspects they're not failing, just un-ushered across a threshold no one named.
For Intimacy, Partnership & Connection
The Alchemy of Relationship
Every relationship is a crucible. Beth explores why some bonds slowly corrode us while others transmute us into something finer β and makes the case that the deciding factor is the amount of truth a relationship can hold. A talk about intimacy as alchemy: the courage to be seen, the heat of honesty, and what becomes possible when love no longer requires our smallness.
For Performers, Artists & Storytellers
The Stage Is Everywhere
Drawing on her MFA and years on stage, Beth reveals how the performer's craft β breath, presence, transmuting emotion into electricity β is a technology for transformation, not just art. For anyone who uses their voice, body, or presence to move a room.
The Stage as Altar
Long before therapy, the theater was where a culture grieved, raged, and remembered together. Beth reclaims performance as ritual and the artist as a vessel for archetype and collective catharsis β an invitation for performers to meet their work as sacred service.
The Theater of Transformation
Insight is not transformation. After sixteen years of coaching, temple-keeping, and body alchemy, Beth shares what actually changes a life β why the body, not the mind, is where lasting change is metabolized, and what every room of real transformation has in common. A keynote for anyone in the business of helping humans change.
Every talk can be customized to your theme, audience, and time slot. Beth is glad to co-create something specific for your event.
