Working with Beth as my coach over the last year has left me to never be the same again. She consistently challenged me, pushed me, walked me through my thoughts to the truth of my need, and suggested HUGE expanders and other healers to also work with. She is an intuitive and generous coach that helped me get the results I desired and focus on what my soul was calling me attention to.

Sessions with Beth were my sacred check-in time. Our time was a safety net to make sure I was prioritizing myself. Beth is incredibly intuitive and combines that with practical prompting to gently guide you along your path. Beth is like a scuba diver. No matter what was coming up during the session, Beth always found a way to dive under my "messiness" and shine a light on the energetic undercurrent.
